It is seen that the inn was discovered by Şehit Mehmed Paşa from a hüccett from July 1724 and its side yield in the 19th century belonged to the Rağibiyye Madrasa. In the restoration, a mortar known as Khorasan Mortar, which they prepared carefully from the mixture of various materials brought from Muğla, was used. This mortar is preferred because of its compatibility with the original texture of the building and its durability with thousands of years of service. Some parts of the structure were only subjected to a sanding process called wiping.
